About Us

In Southern folklore, it’s often said that the more human-like that the pig on the sign appears, the better the barbecue.  Ours is toting his recently caught catfish back home while smoking a pipe, but you’ll have to judge for yourself.  All of our recipes are family derived, including our award winning Sweet Potato Fluff, from decades of experience on the Northeast Alabama BBQ scene.  Our servers are like family, having been with us for over 20 years, they have served parents that have been coming as children who then bring their kids in later.
