Here’s a product that’s really hard to find anywhere, much less locally.  Earnest Roots has been busy bringing new products to market and this is a great one.  The great news is that is GMO free and has many great uses, but for me it’ll make the perfect Tonkotsu Ramen broth!  I’ve searched high and low for this product in every grocery store, including places like Sprouts and Trader Joe’s and they don’t carry it, so grab some today and see what all the fuss is about.
