Fran and Al Andrepont make some of the most incredible seasonings right here in Gadsden!  Al has an incredible story to tell and circumstances in his life forced a change to healthy eating.  Their seasonings are completely salt-free and packed full of flavor unlike the stuff you buy in the grocery stores.  My favorite is the steak seasoning and I use it in several recipes like Hamburger Cheese Soup, or anywhere beef is used to really enhance the flavor.  The taco seasoning is also a wonderful alternative to the packaged seasoning that have preservatives and fillers added.  They also have a cookbook with heart healthy recipes featuring other local products like King’s Olive Oil.  You really can eat healthy and not give up on flavor because of it!
