Inspired By Gadsden

Burger 101 is inspired by Gadsden itself.  With all the design elements of the restaurant being inspired by and paying homage to Gadsden itself, we didn’t want to be just another restaurant.  Stripping away all the rules that govern most restaurants, we took a “Back to Basics” approach with creating our menu.  Simple offerings, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection, and great service inspired by and provided for the community.  All menu items are crafted fresh each day and cooked to order for each customer.  Rather than being good fast food, we want to be good food fast. 

Dining Experience

You’ll find inspiration from all over Gadsden in our dining room.  Not only will you find pictures from local landmarks and even a recreation of the famous Gadsden postcard mural, but you can simply look out our windows for one of the best views around.  Or, skip the windows and enjoy nearly year round good weather and dine on our patio.  Enjoy your meal and watch the sun set each evening over City Hall and the Coosa River from our prime and convenient location near the picturesque Memorial (Broad Street) Bridge and you’re sure to find inspiration in our beautiful city too!
